What is your returns policy?
Unfortunately we have a no return policy after 20days. if your product is Damaged or you are unhappy with the Quality we will however do a exchange or a Gift Card.
We do provide Refunds, however as long as the product is not used, if the product is faulty or you arent happy we can happily exchange or replace it if you arent happy. please contact us
How do I change my delivery address?
If you have entered the incorrect address on your order, please let us know by contacting us, and our team will handle the amendments. If your order has already been shipped, please note that amending your order address may cause further delay.
How can I track my order?
The progress of your order can be tracked on the internet by following the link in the email we sent you confirming dispatch.
Do you ship internationally?
We are now running internationally, if you are interstate please allow extra time for delivery, due to Covid19 we are unsure with the delayed times. But you will receive updates via Email regarding your shipment.
How long will my delivery take to get to me?
We would like you to receive your order as quickly as possible. Usually, the estimated time of delivery depends on where the recipient's address is located.
